I have specialized training and experience which allows me to quickly identify, target and prioritize specific problem areas. Early identification and intervention are key when working with kids and adolescents.

Therapy with children should be an empowering, positive experience that allows parents to learn new, more adaptive ways to relate to their child and to themselves.

Adolescents

Going through adolescence can be a confusing time, but with the help of therapy, one can learn skills to help process through this time correctly.  Therapy should create a safe environment that allows the teen the freedom to express.

Parenting

Parenting can cause many stressors from inside a family and can disrupt if not fracture relationships. Parent therapy is a way of repairing relations and improving family dynamics.  You will learn skills and techniques that will better your communication and understanding to adapt to your ever-changing child/children. It is an atmosphere that encourages parents to express and explore his or her thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
